Job Description

We are currently seeking individuals who are passionate about technology and customers to join our client as a Customer Support Engineer.  You will be the second tier of support and will periodically have to speak with customers.  This is a growing company that offers tremendous learning opportunities!  

Requirements:

  • Experience with SQL scripting and administration
  • Familiar with relational database concepts
  • Familiar with object-oriented programming language
  • Understanding of modern software design concepts
  • Experience in troubleshooting complex applications
  • Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, or computer-related degree
